To obtain Public Record Information you must
complete the "Request for Information Form" in its entirety; you
can fill the form out on-line.
It is the policy of the Village of
McCook that any person making a
Freedom of Information Act request must appear in person at
the office of the
Village Clerk and complete an internal form as prescribed by the Village of McCook. You may complete the
form online at the village website but you must present the form in person
at the Village Clerk’s Office. The
form will then be date stamped and a copy of your request will be given to
you.
The Village
of McCook charges .25
cents per page for each copy that we make pursuant to your request and the
cost of postage.
