To fulfill the requirements for "Real Estate Transfer Tax" you must complete the "Real Estate Transfer Tax Form" in its entirety. You can fill the form out on-line, print it and then present it to the Village Clerk located inside the Village Hall at 5000 S. Glencoe Ave. McCook, IL. 60525.
